‘Acing The Resilience Test’
DWL was excited to collaborate with the African Australian Legal Network (AALN) to present an interactive and engaging session as part of our 2020 Career Series. This event explored the career journeys of four diverse women who have successfully entered, progressed and thrived in the legal profession.
This online session aimed to provide students and practising lawyers with practical tips and insights on how to develop soft skills, have an authentic personal brand and build a rewarding career in the legal sector.
Each speaker discussed the key stages of a legal career, from being a law student through to a becoming a leader in the field, as well as navigating the unique challenges and opportunities that arise at each stage
