Our 2024 Membership Program is now open!
DWL relies on the efforts of members in working towards achieving structural change within the profession. In becoming a DWL member, you will have exclusive access to our events and initiatives and play an active role in furthering our mission.
Membership is not restricted to those who identify as diverse women and DWL values all supportive voices who seek to champion our cause.
Membership is free for Law Students. Lawyers will be redirected to a payment page.
We believe your time and active participation is a valuable investment in DWL’s overarching mission to implement programs to support and empower Diverse Women law students and lawyers navigate their chosen career paths.

Law Students
For students undertaking a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor Degree, membership is free.
Early stage lawyers
For early-stage lawyers (grads, PLT students, up to 3 years PQE), the annual membership fee is $40.
Middle stage lawyers
For middle stage lawyers (3-7 years PQE), the annual membership fee is $60.
Senior lawyers
For senior lawyers (i.e., 7+ years PQE), the annual membership fee is $100.
